Just Space - Resting in the Awake Nature of Mind
Leader: Thomas Stenzel
Type of Program: Special Theme
Prerequisites: Some familiarity with the See, Hear, Feel family of techniques and the Do Nothing technique
Fee: $10 per person
This program will explore a deeper dimension of awareness that is open and already complete. Drawing from the Dzogchen tradition’s “just sitting” and Unified Mindfulness techniques like See-Hear-Feel and Do Nothing, with an emphasis on little effort, we’ll explore how to let go of managing experience and instead recognize the awake, spacious nature of mind itself. Through guided practice and silence, participants will be invited to rest into presence—as something to notice and trust.

Compassion and Forgiveness for Self and Others
Leader: Lilli Cloud
Type of Program: Special Offering
Prerequisites: None
Fee: $20 per person
Join this session for three practices to liberate yourself from the clinging and aversion that the ego loves and yet make us so miserable:
• Lovingkindness, which opens our minds to accept self and others;
• Tonglen, which alchemizes pain and darkness into loving support and light; and
• Forgiveness, a practice we do to set ourselves free.
In this world of anger, fear and demonization that we all succumb to at times, doing these practices is a counter-cultural act that will make your world, and the whole world, a better place.

Bearing Down and Easing Up
Leader: Nate Blakemore
Type of Program: Cross Training
Prerequisites: Familiarity with the See, Hear, Feel family of techniques and the Do Nothing Technique
Fee: $20 per person
The spectrum of effort in Mindfulness practices is incredibly wide. In this session we will explore contrast between two techniques; Be Good and Do nothing. Be Good involves directing our attention to positive mental image, talk, and body emotion. Whether it be finding what is already there, or creating it, this sustained concentration across the See, Hear and Feel technique can take a lot of effort. The Do Nothing technique, on the other hand, asks that we let go of all effort and instead let ourselves be meditated. Through contrasting these approaches you will experience both ends of the effort spectrum, perhaps leading to further interest in one or the other, or helping you to develop and deepen your understanding of effort in practice as a whole.

Curious about the fusion of breathwork and mindfulness? Whether you're just beginning or building on past experience, this session welcomes you. We’ll explore how breath can be used as a dynamic tool to activate, balance, and calm the system—while deepening your Unified Mindfulness (UM) practice in surprising ways. You’ll be guided through powerful techniques from both ancient Pranayama and contemporary methods like Consciousness Breathing and Hypoxic Breathwork. These practices support nervous system adaptability, expand inner awareness, and open new gateways into presence. Each breathing style will be skillfully paired with Unified Mindfulness techniques to help you cultivate clarity, equanimity, and insight. In this integrative approach, breath becomes a catalyst—not the object of meditation, but the accelerator.
